About Us

Petroleum Products Supplies Limited (PPS) is a privately owned Samoan company established in 2002. In 2003, our company, successfully bid for the sole petroleum fuel distribution contract in Samoa. The contract is for five (5) years and involves the offshore supply of bulk petroleum fuels to the country, management and maintenance of the fuel terminal and depots on behalf of the Samoa Government, and the local distribution of bulk petroleum fuels to all customers.

In early 2009, the fuel contract was re-tendered and PPS was again successful in securing another 5 year contract term. PPS currently work in association with ExxonMobil, who supplies the bulk fuel from their refinery in Singapore.

PPS was the first Samoan company to operate and manage the fuel distribution in the country, a role that up to then had only been the domain of the major oil companies.

As the sole fuel distributor for the whole country, our main objectives are:
